New Template Feature: Make a Gift link

You can now customize your ‘Make a Gift’ link (found at the very top right) to take users to a specific fund URL.

In order to change this link, have your site Administrator visit the ‘Design’ tab, then ‘Theme Options’. Then they just have to paste in the URL to your specific fund (COM list of funds).
